Signing and witnessing documents

It is time to make your mark

It is time to make your mark

Austrian laws require signatures to be witnessed in Austria by a Notary in Austria. Contracts prepared by even a qualified lawyer still need to be signed before a Notary.

Sometimes this isn't possible or convenient.

However, they will normally accept documents which have been witnessed by the Austrian Embassy in London.

That may well be a tedious journey for some of our clients, but the following Company specialises in having documents certified, and is in touch with all the embassies on a daily basis.
